At Mandel Bhandari, trying civil cases is the best part of the job. We try or arbitrate several civil disputes per year. While we’re very happy when cases resolve before trial, as they frequently do, we’re always looking for an opportunity to get in front of another jury.

When we aren’t trying a case, we’re thinking about ways to more effectively try the next one. This blog emerges out of interesting issues and questions that come up as we prepare for the next trip into the courtroom.
